Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of One Minute Message — a free service where one message is broadcast globally every UTC minute. By using the service, you agree to them.
The deal
The service is free. You get one message per account per UTC day. We don’t guarantee that your message will air at any particular time — or that it will air at all.
Your content
You keep ownership of your messages. By submitting, you grant One Minute Message a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your message as part of the service — including the live broadcast, permanent permalinks, and share images (such as Open Graph previews).
Rules
Don’t submit:
- Harassment, hate, or threats
- Spam or advertising
- Impersonation
- Personal data about other people
- Anything unlawful
No automated submissions. We may reject, flag, or remove any message, and suspend accounts, at our discretion.
Accounts
Sign in with Google or an email magic link. You’re responsible for your account. One account per person.
The service
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited accordingly.
Termination
You can stop using the service anytime, or request account deletion by emailing oneminutemessage.world@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access if you break these rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. Questions go to oneminutemessage.world@gmail.com.
